Compliance Committee
GBA employees involved in billing government and third party payers are expected to understand and comply with laws and
regulations applicable to their responsibilities. To assure compliance, GBA has created the Compliance Committee to provide guidance with respect to key billing and reimbursement issues. This committee serves as a resource to identifying and evaluating potential coding, billing and other financial reporting issues. This committee provides direction and guidance to assure consistent compliance with regulations and guidelines subject to the authority of GBA’s Executive Management Team.
